prfrm Inc. respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of your data from prfrm and what happens automatically when you disconnect or remove prfrm from a third-party platform such as Meta.
How to Request Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time.

Please include:
Your full name
The email address associated with your prfrm account
A description of what you would like deleted (your entire account, a specific integration, or specific data)
We will verify your identity before processing the request. You will receive written confirmation once the deletion is complete.
Standard turnaround: within 30 days of verification, typically within 7 business days.
Where required by applicable law (GDPR, CCPA, and similar regimes), we will respond within the timeframe required by that law.
What Gets Deleted
When you request full account deletion, we delete:
Your user account and authentication credentials
Your profile and contact information
Connected integration tokens (Google, Meta, and any other connected platforms)
Advertising platform data we have cached from connected accounts
Platform usage history associated with your account
We retain limited records where required by law (e.g., billing and tax records for 7 years) and anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you.
Meta Platform Data - Automatic Deletion on Deauthorization
If you remove prfrm from your Meta Business Manager, revoke prfrm's permissions, or otherwise disconnect Meta from prfrm:
prfrm will receive a deauthorization signal from Meta
We will cease all access to your Meta advertising assets immediately
We will delete all Meta-sourced data (ad accounts, campaigns, insights, Page data) cached in our systems within 30 days
You do not need to email us to initiate this process - it happens automatically
If you would like written confirmation that this deletion has occurred, email privacy@prfrm.ai with your account email and we will provide it.
Data Deletion Callback URL
For Meta App Review purposes, our automated data deletion callback endpoint is:
https://api.prfrm.ai/webhooks/meta/data-deletion
This endpoint receives and processes Meta's signed data deletion requests in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms.
Deletion at Connected Platforms
Deleting your data from prfrm does not delete data held by connected platforms (Google, Meta, and others). To request deletion of data held by those platforms, you must contact each platform directly:
